Hi my name is Amine, I am a former aircraft maintenance engineer with more than 6 years of demonstrated experience, geek and a guitar player/Mobile photographer in my spare time .

I started out my carrer as an aircraft maintenance engineer and soon discovered it wasn't the carrer I was aspiring for. While it is interesting and challenging, it uses a lot of old technology in its designs and that meant two things: the technology is effective and robust (luckily) which made it stand the test of time, but it also meant there won't be any drastic changes, any revolutionary technology or any breakthrough in the futur as the old saying goes " When you're onto a good thing, stick with it ", and that I was bound to do the same monotonous tasks with same knowledge acquired years ago for the rest of my carreer.

All I knew was that I wanted to be in an industry that was more fast paced and innovative and decided that it was time for me to seek another path.

I always had a knack for hacking, reading, disassembling and solving problems (that's what led me to the engineering field in the first place) but I also had a thing for design, composition, art and photography especially in the digital realm.

Since high school, i've been fascinated with computers and even got in the world of coding by learning to develop few flash games in Actionscript or hacking them in lua or asm language, several times i coded some windows batch scripts or AutoIt snippets to automate redundant tasks and learned to use Linux to interact with my raspberry PI3, but never considered coding as a job so far.

The ever-rising boom of software developement, especially with the advent of Internet & big data made me realize, it was time for me to get back in touch with my old friend.

And so I went back to college, and discovered what a versatile discipline developement is and started exploring its specialties (still yet) and immediately fell in love with web developement and especially front-end developement because of its creative and artistic side where not only you have to come up with a technical solution but also have to make it aestheticaly pleasing to the eye.

I could finally combine my passions and put to practice the knowledge i've acquired over the years, while fumbling with photoshop trying to learn photo manipulation or learning Css and JS so i could customize the layout of my favorite websites.
